En una revista allá por el año 98 (dudo y mucho), Beat Generation, regalaron un recopilatorio de temas de Crypt Records. Servidor, que por aquella época apenas se había iniciado en estos temas, solo sabía dos cosas: “Estrus o Crypt son garantía de que me va a gustar”.
Aquellos años de final de los 90 fueron mágicos; creo que pasó por mi ciudad lo más granado de punkrokerio de la mano del difunto Kikón. De todos aquellos los que más me despeinaron fueron los Dirty’s. Este es el tema que abre su álbum de debut “You should be Sinnin'”. Creo que tienen algo más de material suelto en singles, es incluso probable que lo tenga, pero mi memoria no da para tanto y el desorden de mis discos es mucho.
Su descripción lo dice todo “With nothing else to do in Port Huron, Michigan except drink, listen to the Stooges and start a bottle breaking, obnoxious rock troupe. At least that was the case for Joe Burdick (bass/ vocals)and Nick Lloyd (drums) when they got together The Dirtys in early 1996.
